Abigail Glavin
Abigail Glavin is a strategic and compassionate advocate who brings clarity and steadiness to her clients during life's most difficult transitions. She understands that family law is deeply personal, which is why she prioritizes accessibility, careful listening, and thoughtful counsel at every stage of the process.
Ms. Glavin earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University's Caruso School of Law and developed her litigation experience in Los Angeles County, the largest family court system in the United States. There, she clerked at a private family law practice specializing in high-conflict, high-profile divorce and paternity matters.
While building her litigation foundation, Ms. Glavin also served as a mediator for the Jewish Divorce Assistance Center (JDAC) of Los Angeles through Pepperdine's Faith & Family Mediation Clinic. She mediated and resolved complex divorce and custody disputes, earning the CLEA Outstanding Extern Award for her work. This experience deepened her cultural humility and strengthened her commitment to protecting what matters most to her clients.
At Steiner Howeth Pasquesi, Abigail focuses her practice on divorce, complex property division, and child-related litigation. She approaches each case with meticulous attention to detail, thoroughly analyzing every issue and exploring all strategic options. Her proficiency in digital research and emerging technologies provides clients with a modern advantage in today's evolving legal landscape.
